How long will the inspection process take?
In most cases, the average inspection takes between two and three hours, depending on the size, condition and age of the property. A comprehensive report is provided at the end of the inspection.

Yes! I recommend that you be present at the inspection from start to finish. If you are not able to be present during the inspection, my clean, concise, easy-to-read and understand reports will provide you with all of the information you need.
